Adam and Sandi Wiggins are Pacific Church Vancouver's church planting couple.
Adam grew up in Vancouver, one of his first homes being the old Crystal Pool between Sunset Beach and English Bay. He graduated from Prince of Wales Secondary in Shaughnessy and went to U.Vic. for B.Sc. studies.
Adam didn't grow up attending church or hearing much about God. It was actually by reading J.R.R. Tolkien's The Lord of the Rings and C.S. Lewis' The Chronicles of Narnia in his teens that started him thinking about God's existence. Then, at university, Adam was challenged about his cynical attitude toward the church and Jesus. That challenge led him to investigate the life of Jesus. As Adam read the biographies of Jesus in the New Testament (Matthew, Mark, Luke & John) he was overwhelmed by how unique Jesus was from anyone he had ever encountered. He could come to no other conclusion then that Jesus is exactly whom He claims to be, the very Son of God, who through His sacrifice, love, and forgiveness invites us into a life changing and eternity altering relationship with God.
Adam and Sandi have three amazing (adult!) children and two kittens, Soul and Bliss.
